Gregory S. Fehribach Center Service Video | Disability Employment and Internship Program | Eskenazi Health, Indianapolis

The Gregory S. Fehribach Center at Eskenazi Health is one of the most distinctive programs in the country, providing paid internships and professional development to college students with physical disabilities at Eskenazi Health and a growing network of employer partners across Indiana. Since its founding partnership with Ball State University in 2011, the program has placed more than 250 students in over 500 internships across fields ranging from healthcare and engineering to communications, social work, and finance, with employers including Eli Lilly, the Indiana Pacers, Cummins, and Republic Airways.

Digital Alliance Media produced a documentary-style service overview video for the Fehribach Center in 2025 as part of a four-video series contract with Eskenazi Health. The production followed a one-and-a-half day shoot format with a four-person crew including a producer, cinematographer, audio engineer, and hair and makeup artist for the primary interview day, followed by a half-day b-roll session. The final package includes a two-minute master video and a 30-second cut-down, both captured on location at Eskenazi Health's Indianapolis campus with on-camera interviews and b-roll showcasing the program in action.

The videos give the Fehribach Center a compelling, human-centered story to share across the Eskenazi Health website, careers section, and broader promotional channels, helping attract both student applicants and new employer partners to the program.
