THE PROBLEM:
Sandra Eskenazi Mental Health Center is Indiana's first community mental health center and one of Indianapolis's most important behavioral health resources, offering a full continuum of inpatient and outpatient care for emotional, behavioral, and substance use disorders across multiple Marion County locations. Despite serving thousands of patients with a sliding fee schedule that ensures no one is turned away, the center lacked a professional video resource to reduce stigma, communicate available services, and help Indianapolis-area residents understand how to access care.
THE SOLUTION:
Digital Alliance Media produced a documentary-style service overview video for Eskenazi Health's mental health and addiction services in 2025 as part of a four-video series. The production included a full primary day with a four-person crew capturing on-camera interviews and b-roll at Eskenazi Health's Indianapolis locations, followed by a half-day additional b-roll session. The final package includes a two-minute master video and a 30-second cut-down, produced with the care and sensitivity this subject matter requires while remaining clear, welcoming, and accessible to the patients and families the center serves.
