Digital Alliance Media produced two documentary-style videos for Tendercare in 2025, filming across a full day and a follow-up half day at multiple Indianapolis-area locations. The primary shoot brought a three-person crew to the founder's home for interviews alongside b-roll of the home and Tendercare offices, capturing the authentic family legacy and personal story at the heart of the brand. A half-day follow-up session sent the cinematographer to two or three patient and caregiver homes in the Indianapolis area to capture real caregiving moments in action, with no interviews, only the quiet, meaningful b-roll that gives this kind of content its emotional resonance. The selected deliverables include a 30-second about us ad built for paid placement on Google, Meta, and social media, and a three-minute or less HR and onboarding video designed to support recruitment, new hire orientation, and career-focused content across Tendercare's website and hiring channels. Up to 20 still frames were exported from the final footage and all raw footage was delivered to Tendercare on a hard drive with full rights transfer. Check out the final videos below!
